About Pastor Tony
Tony Jones became a Christian at university at age 20. He is married to Sarah, who is American, and they have four children.
Originally from the UK, his professional background was as a barrister in London. Following his degree in theology from Oxford University, he was originally ordained into the Church of England, after which he served for over 20 years in church leadership, mainly in church-based college ministry in Britain.
In 2021, he and his family crossed the Atlantic to the United States, where he is now in ministry and where he and his family love living.
Tony is the Senior Pastor at Trinity Central Church, a new church gathered from people of various backgrounds and nationalities. He serves alongside his elders as the lead preacher, seeking to bring the good news of Jesus’ saving death to the Greater Philadelphia area.
